一早起來

早上5:30爬起來,到底是要幹麻咧?

還用說?當然是上班去。



公司今年的進度真是排到亂七八糟的地步。狗屎!

i just realized that i haven't paid for the dumplings yet... sorry!
but! if chang mama is making more, i will order more please!! they're all gone already :(

ugh.... give me a call around 12am loh.... i still VERY hope not to surprise you, but so far it looks like i gonna make a record of 18-hr-straight @work.

at the moment, i am eating my yummy quizno sub as dinner.... gonna go back to work right after the last bite...T_T

  宜經常吃對肝臟有益的食品。有許多食品,可以增加肝臟機能,平日經常攝食,對保肝起著重要的作用。如:

  .芹菜:含有蛋酸,常吃可增強肝臟機能。

  .蕃茄:含有維生素B6,可促進脂肪代謝,減輕肝臟的負擔,促進解毒及循環器順暢的作用。

  .香菇:它含的蛋酸和多種維生素,可強化肝臟的機能。

  .大蒜:它能促進膽汁分泌及排泄作用。

  .海參:含有豐富的碘、鈣和蛋白質、對促進肝臟機能有很好的效果。

  .蜆:含有大量的維生素B12和豐富的牛磺酸,可促進膽汁分泌,是強肝及治療黃膽、膽囊炎,結石的有效食品。

  .動物肝臟:豬肝、牛肝和雞肝;特別是嫩雞肝,含有豐富的維生素和蛋白質,被稱為營養寶庫,是保養肝臟的理想食品。

  .製啤酒酵母:具有預防肝臟積存脂肪,預防脂肪肝及肝硬化的功能。

   忌食傷肝的食物。有些食物和飲料,經常食用,會損害肝臟機能,導致肝病。如:

  .酗酒:關於酗酒對肝臟的損害在戒絕煙、酒一項中,已加說明。

  .防腐劑:目前市場有許多食品,為防止過早腐爛,多添加防腐劑,如速食麵、魚丸、香腸、鹹魚、臘肉等,此類添加防腐的食品,吃久了對肝臟會造成損害,宜禁忌食用。

  .化學色素:我國人的飲食講求色、香味,許多廠商為促進銷售量;有些廚師為增進食慾,將許多天然食物添加人工化學色素,這些化學色素,會對肝臟造成解毒機能的負擔,宜忌食為妥。

  .辛香料:國人為增加食物的味道,喜歡在調治時添加許多辛香料如辣椒、胡椒、咖哩、五香、八角等,但若滲入過多或經常攝食,也會對肝臟造成不良的影響,以適量為宜。

  .咖啡因:咖啡及濃茶,均含有咖啡因。這些咖啡因需經過肝臟處理,故應禁忌飲用過量,以免造成肝臟的傷害。

Actually I finally got stuff sent out. If they want anymore changes.... I guess it will be 3 extra days since I aint gonna do any OT in a few days. I already pumped 10 extra hours in one day.

in fact... I dont even want to show up tomorrow......
